We are seeking an energetic and upbeat photo manager that enjoy people, taking pictures, and driving sales. The Photo Manager will promote a brand photo experience at the Milwaukee County Zoo. Ideal candidates should have retail experience with strong customer service skills that enjoys sales.

The requirements listed below represent the minimum knowledge, skill, and/or ability required, to perform job function:
• Capable multi-tasking.
• Dependable and time conscious
• Strong communication, collaborative and team skills.
• Work with photo team to keep the photo redemption location organized.
• Able to operate a cash register.
• Able to operate a digital camera.
• Strong camera operational knowledge.
• Comfortable with executing cash control procedures.
• Able to complete weekly schedule for photo team.
• Complete accurate inventory.
• Complete photo training for new photo team members.
• Able to operate all equipment.
• Flexible and results oriented.
• Excel in a team environment.
• Accurately complete photo orders and transactions for the guests.
• Assist customers with all product and pricing inquiries.
• Suggest additional products and specials to guests.
• Perform opening and closing functions.
• Maintain and execute dress code.
• Other duties as assigned.
