This is a lead position within our organization and as such requires the following skills and experience:

. Five years of Project Management experience
. CAD fluency (the ability to create detail drawings in CAD)
. Strong verbal communication Skills
. Strong written communication Skills
. Ability to motivate and be assertive toward others; achieving a desired result.
. Ability to complete a project on time and on budget
. Superior negotiation skills
. Superior construction math and bid negotiation math Skills
