I am looking to rent a 1 BR UPPER or 2 BR in the Shorewood /UWM/ Eastside/Downtown/ area(s): October 1st or sooner.

WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR:

1+ BR UPPER

I need LOTS of windows or natural light! NO CAVES!

Balcony / Porch / Personal Area to be alone, entertain, relax and decompress.

I am willing to pay $725.00 a month and/or willing to negotiate.

ABOUT ME:

I work at UWM and I am a graduate student too.

I DO NOT have any pets and/or children.

This apartment is for ME, MYSELF and I.

I have been living at my current residence in Shorewood for almost 1 year, and I love it, but my lease will expire October 1st.

I am honest, a good person and I ALWAYS pay my rent on time.

If you can find me a happy, cute, new home close to school and work (UWM), I would like to hear from you.
